Complete care and use instructions enclosed. Size according to U.S. shoe size. Small: Mens 7-8, Womens 7.5 - 9.5. Medium: Mens 9-10, Womens 10 - 11.5. Large: Mens 11-12, Womens 12-13. X-Large: Mens 13-14, Womens Over 13.
