Dosage

1 Tablespoon (10 grams). All One Totally Fiber Complex may be added to your daily All One Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Powder; mixed separately with juice; or taken with other foods such as yogurt, breakfast cereal, applesauce, etc. When starting All One Totally Fiber Complex, begin with a half dose and slowly increase the dosage for several days up to the recommended daily dose.
