Ingredients

Psyllium Husk Powder approximately 2.3 grams, Senna Powder approximately 1.5 grams. Additional Ingredients: Fennel Seed, Peppermint, Papaya, Cascara Sagrada, Rose Hips, Buckthorn Bark, Oregon Grape Root, Celery and Acidophilus.

Dosage

Adults take 3-4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs -12 yrs) 1/2 the adult dosage.

Warning

This product contains Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. Keep this and all medications out of reach of children.
