It gently cleanses and nourishes the colon. Ultimate fiber is also an acidophilus supplement, with over 20 grams of high potency, dairy free acidophilus in each bottle.

Dosage

As a fiber supplement, adults and children 12 years of age and over: Mix one tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
