    Dosage

    Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take one capsule at bedtime or when needed, with a full eight ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid.

    Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If sudden change in bowel habits persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition.
