Ingredients

Skullcap Glycerite is prepared from fresh (undried) Scutellaria lateriflora plants. Fresh herb/ menstruum ratio: 1:1.5 , Vegetable glycerine (50-55%) distilled water & Skullcap extractives. CONTAINS NO ALCOHOL.

Dosage

Shake well before using. Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a litle water.

Scullcap Glycerites is used as a sedative for people with nervous tension and insomnia. It is commonly combined with valerian for insomnia. Skullcap is also used by herbalists as a remedy for epilepsy and nerve pain. One of Skullcap's constituents, scutellarian, has been shown to have mild sedative and antispasmodic actions.
