Dosage

Pour two cups (12 oz.) of boiling water over one tea bag, cover, and let steep for no more than 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press tea bag lightly and remove. Drink one cup (6 oz.) hot or cold, after your evening meal. Save second cup for next day after your evening meal. For optimum flavor, never over steep.
