Dosage

Herb Pharm recommends that 30 to 40 drops in water of its Rhodiola liquid extract be taken two to four times per day. Although not a nervous system stimulant, certain over-anxious individuals may experience increased anxiety when taking Rhodiola. If this occurs, Herb Pharm recommends taking a lower dose and then slowly increase the dosage to tolerance
