Dosage

Use as a dietary supplement only. Adults should take 1-2oz. (1/8 to 1/4 cup), {1 oz per 100lbs of body, weight}. Can also be mixed to taste in your favorite drink. Take during or after meals one to three times a day as desired. For children reduce the amount by two thirds.
