Dosage

Take Greens Today Powerhouse Formula daily on an empty stomach before and/or after exercising/training. Pour 12-18 oz. of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into shaker container. Add in portion recommended, Cover, shake well, and enjoy! Adults: 3 scoops. Children over 12: 1 1/2 scoops. Suggested use for workouts: 1 1/2 scoops 30-60 minutes prior to a workout, 1 1/2 scoops after workout.
