Dosage

Drink a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take 5-6 capsules once daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Take 3 capsules once daily. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor. For relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). This product generally produces bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours.

Warning

Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If you experience a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all medicines out of children's reach.
