Cholestrex helps maintain cholesterol levels already in the normal range when consumed as part of a total low-cholesterol and low-fat dietary program. Its ingredients, including certain fibers, niacin, beta sitosterol and other nutrients, address the liver and its role in cholesterol synthesis and clearance, intestinal and HDL cholsterol regulation, antioxidant defense, and blood vessel protection.
