Dosage

We recommend you start by eating just 1 granule a day for 3 days. Your intake can be doubled every 3 day period thereafter for 30 days. After 30 days; your total daily intake should be about one teaspoonful. After this 30 day trial; your daily intake may be increased as your body dictates. Stir into fruit juice; protein drinks; vegetable juice; shakes; or milk. Mix with applesauce; peanut butter; yogurt; or honey. Sprinkle on salads and cereal. Powder and dust with cinnamon. Combine with minced dried fruits; nuts; raisins and dates. Form into balls and roll in raw coconut.
