3 capsules daily, 15 minutes before or 1 hour after meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. Children (10 years and older): 1 capsule daily, 15 minutes before or 1 hour after meals or as directed by a health care practitioner. If taking antibiotics, wait 2 hours before ingesting probiotics. For those unable to take capsules, the contents of the capsules may be mixed with cold food or liquid. Keep out of the reach of children.

Contraindications * Studies in humans indicate that lactobacillus preparations do not appear to interfere with the effectiveness of antibiotics, but may prevent antibiotic-induced diarrhea. * If taking antibiotics, take two hours before or two hours after ingesting probiotics. * Exceedingly safe.
