POUR 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. COVER for 10-15 minutes. SQUEEZE tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup. ENJOY 1 cup, preferably at bedtime. Please see side panels for all directions for use. Adults and children 12 years and older: drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime.
