Buttocks Ointment over 30 years ago as newly licensed pharmacists in Charleston, S.C., his partner and he compounded a diaper rash ointment to remedy diaper rash for their customers, which they called Buttocks Ointment. Over the next few years as they revised and refined the formula, they developed quite a following with their patients and local doctors and nurses. The demand for their product continued to grow as their patients recommended the product to their friends, so they decided to make the product available in the marketplace to other pharmacies.
