Herbspro.com believes in providing and delivering a wide range of products such as vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements in the most efficient and effective manner. We offer a variety of shipping and delivery options with competitive rates and delivery times.

Shipping within United States

Order Processing:
Most of the orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of placing the order unless the product is back ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. International customers please scroll below to find more about the international shipping policy.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

                                             

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. In most cases, this is 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on previous shipping times and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and demand.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Standard Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Please see the charts and information below for more accurate shipping times.

Free Shipping Policy:
Our minimum standard shipping charges are $4.95.

HerbsPro.com offers free shipping for orders weighing less than 3 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $79 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America.

For orders weighing over 3 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $79, an amount of $4.95 is credited to the actual shipping charges at the time of Checkout. This discount is automatically deducted from the shipping total at checkout.

Shipping Methods:
Herbspro.com offers the following shipping options at the time of placing the order online depending on the packed weight of the box and shipping zones.

  • USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation
  • UPS Ground or FedEx
  • Standard shipment  with Delivery Confirmation/ Signature Confirmation

Our “Standard Shipment” can be either USPS first class, California Overnite or any other service that the shipping department considers most effective at the time of shipping the order.
The following are the approximate delivery times for the various shipping methods we use. Please note that these delivery times are applicable once the order is shipped. Most of our orders are processed within 3-4 business days after placing the order.

UPS Ground or FedEx:

  • 2-7 business days delivery depending on the Zone (please see the chart below)
  • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded
  • Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are also excluded

UPS Ground

USPS Priority Mail

  • Arrives within 3-4 business days is the delivery time period.
  • Orders to FPO, APO and P.O.Boxes are shipped only via USPS
  • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS

USPS First Class

  • Arrives within 5-7business days is the delivery time period.

Ontrac

  • ONLY for orders to California, Arizona, Nevada.
  • 1 Business day delivery for orders to CA and 2 business days for orders to Arizona and Nevada P.O Boxes excluded

Special Offers:
Herbspro.com is committed to offering our customers the best value for their money. From time to time, we come up with special offers and discounts for our valued customers. However, please note that these offers cannot be used in conjunction and at any point of time only one offer may be valid. Also, some exclusions might apply on these offers. Please note that the discounts and special offers are not applicable to some items which are already heavily discounted or in clearance. You will be informed during the checkout on such products.

Back Orders:
Our website is updated everyday with the latest inventory status. However, in the very unlikely event that a product goes back ordered, HerbsPro.com will let the customer know through email or phone within six days of the purchase.

In such cases, to avoid delaying your entire order, Herbspro.com might split your order and send the products that are already available. The back ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available.

Order Tracking
Online tracking is available for all the orders. A clickable tracking link will automatically be included in your shipping notification E-mail. Please make sure to provide us with your email address to avail this service. You can also get the information on the status of the order by calling the customer service or by clicking on the “Tracking Your Order” link at the top of our home page.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:
All orders placed on Herbspro.com are subject to the customer agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions.

All of our shipping labels are generated automatically through the use of the USPS and UPS software from the information provided by you at the time of placing your order. So if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is returned to us or the shipping carrier does an address correction on the label, you will be charged $4.95 per package. For customers who wish to cancel their returned orders, the order will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Herbspro.com is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. By placing an order with us, both parties (you and Herbspro.com) agree to use the shipping company's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package was delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information shows that it has not been delivered, we will re-ship the package. We will rely on the information provided by the shipping company to determine if a shipment has been delivered to you or not. This contract commences at the time of shipment and means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please be sure that your address is correct and accurate. The shipping company might sometimes leave the packages near your door when no one is available to take the order at your place. If you feel that it’s insecure to leave the packages near your door or if you think the packages can get lost, we strongly suggest that you choose the shipping method with “Signature Confirmation”.

Tax:
We charge Sales Tax only on orders shipping to addresses in California. We will not charge any Tax for orders shipped outside California.

Returns & Refunds:
We wish to make your shopping experience with us pleasant and completely satisfactory. In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a "No Questions" 30-day return policy. Please review our Returns Policy below.

Returns made due to Damaged (in shipping) or defective product(s) or In-correct product(s) shipped:
1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped. 2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days. 3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case the customer doesn't want the replacement items. 4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 business days.

Customer Returns or Refuses any shipments:
1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments. 2) They must be returned with in 30 days. 3) We will not charge any restocking fee. 4) We will not refund the shipping charges. 5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 7 bussiness days. 6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

International Shipping:

International Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping methods including Priority Mail International, Express Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express shipping methods to our international customers. However, our preferred method of shipping is through the United States Postal Service. If you want your order to be shipped by any other Specific carrier like UPS, FedEx, please make sure that you mention it in the “Order Specific Instructions” while placing the order. Also, make sure that you select the correct UPS/ Fedex service during Checkout. All international orders without any specific request will be shipped by the service deemed most appropriate by our shipping department.

Free Shipping Policy:
Free shipping offer is not available for International Orders. All International orders over $79 will receive a shipping credit of $4.95 as per our "Free shipping for order over $79 and Under 3 Lbs" policy.

**Please note that extra shipping charges might apply for glass items, liquids, or very heavy packages due to the dimensions of the box. Please email intsales@herbspro.com for any questions and concerns.

Customs and Duties:
HerbsPro.com is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.

First-Time International Customers Credit Card verification Policy:
International Customers can order online just like domestic customers. However, please note that first time international customers MUST fax and/or mail HerbsPro.com a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address. This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.
