Wearing: Slide foot into support and pull up with pocket centered over heel. Care: Hand wash in mild water with gentle soap. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Ensure completely dry before reapplying. Sizing: Measure circumference around ankle. Small: Fits 6-1/4 - 8-1/4 inches. Medium: 8-1/4 - 10-1/4 inches. Large: 10-1/4 - 12-1/4 inches. X-Large: 12-1/4 - 15-1/2 inches. XX-Large: 15-1/2 - 17 inches. Fits right or left.
