Suggestions

Adults and children 12 or older: Rinse with 20 ml (2/3 ounce) for 30 seconds prior to brushing. Brush for 2 minutes. Best results when used as part of a daily oral care regimen that includes brushing, flossing, and an effective mouth rinse.
