De-ionized water, liquid arnica extract (arnica spp.), carrageenan, glucose/glucose oxidase/lactoperoxidase (natural preservative), potassium sorbate, sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), aloe vera (leaf), chamomile liquid extract (matricaria recutita), witch hazel liquid extract (hamamelis virginiana), lavender oil, peppermint oil, vitamin E (natural d-alpha tocopherol), green tea extract (camellia sinensis) and vitamin K (phytonadione).
Suggestions
Apply desired amount of NOW Arnica Cooling Relief Gel to any areas of the body suffering from muscle tension or aches and pains. Apply the gel 2-3 times a day as needed, until the muscle tension is relieved.
