Suggestions
Internal use: Use only as directed. Mix 1 teaspoon of clay powder in 2 oz of water once daily. Store in a cool, dry place. For baths: Mix 1 to 2 cups of clay powder into bath water. Topical use: Mix 1 part clay powder to 3 parts water. Let stand until smooth. Apply as needed and allow to dry and remain on skin for 5 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation, redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a licensed health care practitioner.
