Ingredients

Other Ingredients: Purified water, white grape juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, natural lemon-lime flavor, natural tropical flavor, potassium sorbate, and sodium benzoate.

Suggestions

Take 1 capful (2 tbsp.) daily in a glass of juice or water or take straight followed by juice or water. For smaller or larger individuals, adjust dosage accordingly. If you are not accustomed to using a concentrated mineral supplement, start with half the suggested dosage per day and increase dosage gradually over a period of at least 7 days. Always drink plenty of fluids when taking this product. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
