Shake well before each use. Add 1 oz (1 capful or 2 tablespoons) of pHion Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet premix concentrate to 8 oz of water. We suggest mixing with pHion Booster for maximum benefits from the water mixed with. You may use more or less water than suggested to accommodate your taste preference. Drink 4 times each day for 7-8 days. Also, enjoy light Alkaline forming meals, consisting of only vegetables and fruits, throughout the day and combine with a sound exercise regimen.
