Herbspro.com believes in providing and delivering a wide range of products such as vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements in the most efficient and effective manner. We offer a variety of shipping and delivery options with competitive rates and delivery times.

Shipping within United States

Order Processing : Most of the orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing the order unless the product is back ordered. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. International customers please scroll below to find more about the international shipping policy.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. In most cases, this is 5 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates based on previous shipping times and may sometimes take a little longer based on stock availability and demand.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Standard Shipping typically takes 7 business days to arrive. 

Free Shipping Policy : HerbsPro® follows a unique shipping policy for the benefit of the customer. We treat our customers as King, in the sense that we take utmost care that the product ordered by the customer is reached with in no time and in perfect condition. HerbsPro® maintains standard shipping charges as $4.99, but it offers free shipping for orders weighing less than 2 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $49 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America.  Also it offers a discount of an amount of $4.99 for order weighing over 2 lbs (packed weight) and order value over $49, which is deducted from the shipping total.

**Please note that extra shipping charges might apply for glass items, liquids, or very heavy packages due to the dimensions of the box. Please email support@herbspro.com for any questions and concerns.

Customs and Duties : HerbsPro.com is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country's respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus  any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.

First Time International Customer Credit Card Verification Policy : International Customers can order online just like domestic customers. However, please note that first time international customers MUST fax and/or mail HerbsPro.com a copy of the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity or gas) bill indicating your name + shipping address. This step is only done once for the first time customer to verify that you are indeed the owner of the card and that there is no fraud or misconduct. Only after verifying the credit card, we will ship the order.
