Suggestions

Tear open package. Heat entire package in microwave no longer than 30 seconds. Since microwave wattage varies, adjust heating time accordingly. For individual, single use only. Discard immediately if dry. May be used at room temperature or warmed. Place cap on head. Gently massage cap to saturate hair approximately 1-2 minutes for short/fine hair and 2-3 minutes for long/thick hair. Some situations may require the cap to be left on the head to saturate tangled areas. Remove cap. Towel-dry, if desired. Comb hair. Washcloths may be necessary o remove excessive amounts of blood, gels or dirt before using product.

Warnings

If there is any indication cap is excessively hot, do not use. Remember, gloves diminish your sensitivity to heat. Closely monitor heat levels with unresponsive or skin sensitive individuals.
