They help me settle quicker to sleep. Only use them once or twice a week when I need the support. Take 30 mins before bed and generally asleep within 15 mins of hitting the pillow.

I dehydrate and overheat easily. I always carry these with me on hot summer days and on hikes. Make sure you drink plenty of water when swallowing the tablet.
