Support level 2: Provides moderate support and stabilization to help prevent re-injury and relieve symptoms associated with strains, sprains, arthritis and repetitive stress injuries. Directions: 1. Unfasten hook and loop straps. Slip foot into brace. Please note the laces should be on the back of your ankle with the Ace logo facing towards the front. 2. Apply large hook and loop strap on side of ankle. 3. Pull small strap around back and apply with hook and loop fastener. 4. Adjust hook and loop fasteners under heel if necessary. Once adjusted to size of ankle further adjustment is not needed. Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabrics softeners.
