I researched this product and I found out that it contains the most effective form of selenium, methylselecocysteine in synergic formulation with BroccoMax (rich in sulforaphane glucosinolate), vitamin B2 ( as riboflavin) and vitamin E ( as d alpha tocopheryl succinate). These are what I was really looking for and not just the kind with all the bad chemicals. That is why I recommend this product. Good Product

My mother told me that she has a high level of fatigue. So her colleagues recommend the amazing product from Jarrow this is Selenium Energy. She is taking this for almost 3 months from now. When taking this she found and so noticeable the improvements for a couple of weeks. She is take this every morning after her meal. Also, she tried to stop taking this medicine but the fatigue and brain fog starting worse again. From then on she decided to take this daily and includes this to his monthly budget. My mother don't want to suffer this kind of fatigue. So my told me this is perfect product for her.

Great Product

I am so hard working mother. Since I'm a single mom with three kids, I need to work hard and look other work to earn more to my children. The effect of being working hard is the over fatigue, I lose weight and these is not good. Because I want to prevent those kind of sickness that's why I looked for a product to prevent over fatigue. Until I found Jarrow which produced the Selenium Synergy with BroccoMax and Vitamisn B2 & E. I take this for almost a couple of months and I noticed that my brain and body function's well. I take this daily after meal. But I checked some reviews that it's better to take Selemium on an empty stomach to ensure it is well absorbed.
