Ingredients: Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Baking Powder (baking soda, monocalcium phosphate, non-gmo corn starch), Baking Soda and Xanthan Gum.


Suggestions

Directions: Place lightly oiled pan or skillet on medium heat (350?F). Whisk all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Pour ? cup of batter into pan and cook for 3 minutes or until brown.
