Pour 2-4 tbsp of sprouting seeds into sprouting bag or jar plus soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours. Once soaked, drain water. Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage. Give seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2 times daily. Drain in between.
