While these Wipe n Clear tissues and all other tissues and cloths made by Flents will not scratch glass or plastic lenses, surface grit may. Always protect your valuable lenses by removing harmful surface grit prior to cleaning. The best method is to first irrigate the lenses with Wipe n Clear lens cleaner rubbing lightly with finger tips to remove grit. Then dry to a sparkling shine with a wadded Wipe n Clear tissue.
