Pour 4 fl oz of cold or hot liquid into a glass. Slowly add level measured thickener to liquid, stirring with fork or whisk as you pour. Stir briskly until thickener has dissolved. Before serving, let water and juices stand for 30 secs. to 1 min. Let milk and supplements stand for 5-10 mins. Stir and serve. Recommended usage per 4 fl oz: Water: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Apple juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Orange juice: nectar consistency 3 - 3-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, pudding consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp. Cranberry juice: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 - 5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Coffee/tea: nectar consistency 3-1/2 - 4 tsp, honey consistency 4 -5 tsp, pudding consistency 5 tsp - 2 tbsp. Milk-low fat: nectar consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 5 - 5-1/2 tsp, pudding consistency 2 - 2-1/2 tbsp. Nutritional supplement drink: nectar consistency 4 - 4-1/2 tsp, honey consistency 5 - 5-1/2 tsp, pudding consistency 2 - 2-1/2 tbsp. Pureed foods: pudding consistency 1 tbsp. You may need to adjust the amount of thickener to suit your requirements. For best results, consume within 30 minutes of mixing. Dispose of unused thickener in trash receptacle and not in sink.
