    Suggestions

    Measure 1 cup sushi rice. Rinse several times in cold water until the water runs almost clear soak rinsed rice in clean water for 20 to 30 minutes. Water ratio 1 cup rice : 1 ¼ cups water. Prepare sushi vinegar mix 2 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon salt. Season the rice let rice cool to body temperature before using for sushi.
