Wear protective gloves before opening the sealed foil pouch. Open only when ready to use. Immerse the roll in room temperature water for 5 to 10 seconds. Gently squeeze out excess water. Wrap over stockinette and padding, overlapping by half the width of the tape. Mold and smooth as desired. The tape sets in 3 to 4 minutes and fully cures in 20 to 30 minutes.
