  • Please note that while HerbsPro.com makes every effort to provide accurate shipping estimates on the website, there may be longer transit times due to air freight delays, customs holds or other unforeseen complications outside of our control. 
  • Items classified as HAZMAT - Hazardous / Highly Flammable / Corrosive, per the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) regulation are forbidden to be shipped by Air Cargo. Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to ensure they are able to import these items and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Import clearance cannot begin until the customer uploads their KYC documents. Once ShipGlobal receives the shipment from HerbsPro.com, they will reach out to the customer for completing their KYC before shipping their order. 
  • Acceptable forms of KYC documentation required by ShipGlobal to complete the process for Indian Citizens include a Passport, Aadhar Card, Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, or Voter ID Card. For Foreign Nationals residing in India, a Passport and Visa/PIO Card are required. 
  • Please note that the customer’s name and shipping address must match their KYC documents.
