Rinse and rub each side of the lens with solution for 20 seconds. Rinse each side of the lens with a steady stream of solution for 10 seconds. Place the contact lens in the case with the solution for at least 6 hours or overnight. Store the lenses in the solution for up to 30 days before having to clean and disinfect again.
