Directions: For aromatherapy and topical use. A wonderful, skin-rejuvenating essential oil, carrot seed oil helps balance both oily and dry complexions, helps to nourish skin, and is extremely beneficial for mature or environmentally stressed skin. Please dilute with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, grapeseed, almond) or moisturizer. Suggested dilution: 2-3 drops of carrot seed oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil or moisturizer.

HerbsPro.com ships from Monday to Friday 6 am – 6 pm PST except for weekends and national holidays.Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days.
HerbsPro.com ships from multiple West & East Coast Warehouses in California and Maryland.
While we endeavor to make every effort to ensure that accurate shipping estimates are provided on the website, we make no warranty that all items will definitely arrive within said time.
Domestic
- DHL/FedEx/ USPS Priority - Arrives within 4 – 7 business days from the date of Shipping.
- Orders are shipped only via USPS for delivery to FPO, APO and P.O. Box.
- Orders are shipped only via USPS for delivery to non 48 contiguous states, for example - Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
International
- We ship all international orders via USPS International. Arrives approximately within 10-14 business days from shipping date, depending on customs clearance at the destination country.
- The final mail delivery is handled by the National Postal Service of the Destination.

Back-Ordered Products
- Unfortunately, items may be delayed for a variety of reasons beyond our control.
- If some part of your order is out of stock for an extended period, we will split the order and ship the in-stock products without delay while placing the remaining item/s on back-order.
- Depending on the availability, we will either ship the back-ordered item/s when available at no extra shipping cost or cancel that item off your order, and you may reorder it again at a later date. Customers will be notified via email for every action that is taken.
Probiotics Shipping Instructions|Cold-Pack Service
- Probiotics are kept refrigerated to ensure their maximum freshness. We ship probiotic products in an iced Styrofoam package.
- We use expedited domestic shipping methods to ship this product. We might hold your order and ship it on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday to use FedEx 3 day Air to deliver the package.
- We do not ship on Thursday/Friday to ensure that your order is not lying in a hot shipping carrier warehouse during weekends.
- International orders are not shipped in the Styrofoam package.

Returns made due to Damaged (in shipping) or Defective Product(s) or In-correct Product(s) Shipped:
- We will send a return label via email in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.Please print the return label from your email and return the product/s back to us.
- Once we receive the defective shipment in our warehouse, we process and ship out a new order within 2-3 business days.
- HerbsPro.com will also issue a complete refund if the Customer does not want the replacement product/s.
- Once a product is returned & received in our warehouse, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
Customer Returns or Refuses any Shipment:
- Returned products must be unopened and sealed unless defective for returns and shipment refusals.
- Product/s must be returned within 30 days.
- We will not charge any restocking fee.

- Due to both customs regulations and shipping costs, we, unfortunately, cannot issue replacements for items or orders shipped outside of the U.S. For products received that are damaged, our customers can “toss it” or “keep it.”

- If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the Customer or the Customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to HerbsPro.com for the return of the package.
- If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the Customer.
