Wear instructions: 1. Starting with the wider end, slide the support up the leg and over the knee. 2. Position kneecap in woven patella panel. Size selection: measure around kneecap while in a standing position. S: 12 - 14 1/2 in (30.5 - 36.8 cm), m: 14 1/2 - 17 (36.8 - 43.2 cm), l: 17 - 19-1/2 in (43. 2 - 49.5 cm), xl: 19 1/2 - 22 (49.5 - 55.9 cm). Care: hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water.
