Suggestions

Consume 1/2-4 packets daily or as directed by your physician. Open packet and stir contents into cold water or any non-carbonated drink and consume. Contents can also be mixed into cold foods such as yogurt or applesauce. Packets should be refrigerated (39-46 degrees f, 4-8 degrees c). If unopened and stored under refrigeration, can be stored at room temperature for up to a week, without adversely affecting potency. Do not use if packet is broken or damaged.
