It does have a distinctive taste, but I don't mind it since it's nuttier than chemical or herb-like. I find that it makes things very rich, as if there's a lot of fat or cream in what I've put it in. I also have not had another infection since adding the lecithin to my diet two months ago and I had experienced two in the month before that.
