Rosemary Extract is taken from the fresh young leaf branches of Rosmarinus officinalis shrubs which are Certified Organically Grown on their own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Rosemary's bioactive compounds, the branches are hand-harvested, cleaned of superfluous woody stems, and are then promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent. Herb Pharm's Rosemary is never fumigated or irradiated.
