Suggestions

Wearing: Apply in a standing position. Unfasten all closures. Place around back and upper buttocks area. Pull side with fastener until the support holds the upper buttocks snugly. Secure front closure. Pull the overlapping elastic side straps until snug and secure. Care: Fasten closures and hand wash in mild water with gentle soap. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Ensure completely dry before reapplying. Sizing: Measure circumference around lower back/upper hips. Small: Fits 22 - 33 inches. Medium: 32 - 42 inches. Large: 41 - 48 inches. X-Large: 47 - 54 inches.
